About Me

Having been in the commercial real estate industry in Dallas/Ft. Worth for over 36 years, I have worked for several strong regional, national and international commercial real estate firms.  I formed Powell Realty Advisors, LLC in 2012 with the goal of focusing on fewer clients and projects and providing the best individualized service.


Commercial Expertise

During my long commercial real estate career, I have represented landlord for over 45 high-rise office towers, mid-rise office buildings, garden office buildings, industrial flex buildings and office warehouses located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area totalling over 8.5 million square feet of space. The scope of services included the creation and implementation of marketing programs, the preparation of marketing and leasing budgets, consideration of property enhancements, direct selling to prospective tenants and cooperating brokers, building and space presentations, oversight of space planning, sophisticated financial analysis of proposal terms and drafing detailed lease proposals and letters of intent.  I also lead the negotiations of the financial lease terms, the negotiation of the lease agreement and developed relationships with the current tenants, prospects, brokers, landlords, property managers, architects and attorneys.  My commercial real estate services include the following services:
